Shipping
At this time, each order will be charged a flat $5 for shipping, if within the contiguous U.S. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada will be a flat rate of $15. At this time we do not offer any expedited or overnight options. Expected delivery time will be 1-2 weeks after ordering.
High Up Yonder is in it’s beginning phases. We are operating out of our home. We have full time jobs besides this venture. Please understand that we will do everything we can to process and ship your order as soon as possible. If we anticipate a processing time of more than 3 business days, it will be posted on the website.
All products will be shipped in reused packaging materials when possible. Reusing > Recycling. We encourage you to reuse the packaging for your own shipping needs too!
Returns
We want you to love your High Up Yonder product. If you don’t love it or it doesn’t fit quite right, feel free to send it back for a full refund. At this time we cannot offer free return shipping. Simply contact us for the return address and mail the product using whatever method you prefer. We will refund your card when we receive the return. Make sure to keep your tracking info and please reuse the packaging!
